All products are generally shipped out 3-5 business days except busy times when shipments will be sent out the following day. Ride on toys are shipped out by either UPS, Purolator, USPS or FedEx Home delivery. A tracking # will be sent to you when it leaves our warehouse.

We make every effort to deliver within the standard lead time, but will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Before placing your order, please ensure that you have included full address, telephone and e-mail address so we can notify you in the event of a delivery problem.

Warranty

General Kool Karz® Battery Powered Ride-on Warranty Information*

*To find out warranty information specific to your product, please refer to the Owner's Manual of your product.

Preschool Battery Powered Ride-on Toys (ages 3+):

12-Volt and 6-Volt Ride On Cars have a One Year Limited Warranty.
Ride On Car batteries have a Six-Month Limited Warranty.

Kool Karz® warrants this product to the original retail purchaser as follows: The Ride On Car (except for the battery) is warranted against defective materials or workmanship for one year from the date of original purchase. The battery, on the other-hand, is warranted against defective materials or workmanship for six months from the date of original purchase.

In order to validate your warranty, you must provide your original receipt of purchase. Kool Karz® will, at its discretion, provide replacement parts or replace this product. Kool Karz® reserves the right to substitute if the part or model has been discontinued. To make a claim under this warranty you must contact us via the phone number and email address above. Proof of purchase is required, and shipping charges are the responsibility of the consumer.

Limitations to the Warranty:

Please note that damages caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or any other causes that are not a result of defects in materials or workmanship are not covered by the warranty. The warranty also does not cover damages resulting from services provided by unauthorized third-party repair/service/support centers.

Our products are strictly for personal use only. NOT for commercial use.

The original owner shall pay all labor charges connected to the repair or replacement of any parts. Under no circumstances does this limited warranty include the cost of shipment or transportation to or from an authorized Kool Karz® repair center or a Kool Karz® retailer.

Limitation of Damages:

The warranty and remedies as set forth are exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral or written, expressed or implied. In no event will Kool Karz® or the dealer selling this product be liable to you for any damages, including incidental or consequential damages, arising out of the use or inability to use this product. Some states do not allow limitations as the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Limitation of warranties and other warranty terms:

Any implied warranties, including implied warranties of the merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, shall be limited to the duration and terms of the express written warranty. Some states(USA) or provinces(Canada) do not allow limitations as the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state, province to province. Neither Kool Karz® nor the dealer selling this product authorized any person to create for it any other warranty, obligation or liability in connection with this product.

Replacement Parts:

Replacement parts are available for most Kool Karz® toys. Please contact our support team if you need a part replaced.  

Shipping

We do our best to process an order within 24-hours after it is placed. However, we cannot guarantee this timeframe. Orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday or the next business day if there is a holiday.

Shipping Method:

Most orders will ship via UPS or Fed Ex ground, unless otherwise noted. Freight charges are assessed per item.

Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands:

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands or Internationally.

APO Shipping:

We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses

International Shipping:

We currently do not offer shipping outside of Canada or the 48 contiguous states of the US.

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns and exchanges on all items purchased from koolkarzplayground.com for (15) fifteen days from the date of purchase in accordance with our return policy below. However, our warehouse will not accept any return that does not have a pre-approved Return Authorization (RA) number on the outside of the package.

Process
:

Please contact our customer support hotline +1 888-383-9986 to obtain a pre-approved return authorization. To expedite the process, please have your order number with you and your reason for your return.

All returns/exchanges must be in new, or unused condition, complete with the original box, instructions, warranty cards, etc. We do not accept returns on items purchased from third party retailers. If you send us a return/exchange which is not complete, a restocking/re-boxing fee will be charged. All packages refused by customers without prior written consent will be charged for return shipping. We do not issue return shipping labels. You must handle the return shipping yourself. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment, within 30 days of receiving the return. Return Authorizations (RA) are valid for fourteen (14) calendar days after they have been issued. Products returned after the expiration date will be refused. We do not accept returns on products marked as “closeout” items.

Cancellation Policy:

If you have placed an order on koolkarzplayground.com, we may be able to cancel the order if we received the cancellation within a 60-minute window of order processing. Please give us a call as soon as you have made the decision that you no longer want the order. Contact us with any order cancellations at +1 888-383-9986.

Change your Order:

We understand that things change and sometimes you hit the “Checkout” button a little too soon. Unfortunately, we’re not able to change the contents of an order once it’s placed at this time. Please give us a call to see if we can cancel the order for you, at +1 888-383-9986.
