What is the warranty agreement for my Kool Karz® Toy Car?
All Kool Karz® products come with a warranty for protection against manufacturing defects. They typically lasts for 12 months from the original date of purchase. The batteries on the other-hand, have a separate 6 month warranty from the original date of purchase. We will require the original receipt of your purchase in order to validate your warranty.

What is the life expectancy of a Kool Karz® Battery?
There is no standard answer since the battery's lifespan is determined by how many hours it is used as well as how it's being used. If it is frequently being overcharged, and used often, the lifespan of the battery will be likely be shortened.
However, you can expect an average lifespan that ranges between one to three years.
Please check the owner's manual for appropriate usage instructions with regards to charging and maintaining your product's battery.
How long should I charge the battery?
Upon receiving your product, your battery should be fully charged. Deplete the battery first (by driving the car) before charging it for the first time. Charge times should range from 6 to 8 hours and never more than 10 hours.
How should I care for my Kool Karz® Ride On Car?
We recommend cleaning your Ride On Car with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or water on the toy! Refer to your owner's manual for your specific toys maintenance instructions.
I'm using the Kool Karz® battery unit for the first time after a full charge, but it's not working... What happened?
In order for us to give an accurate diagnosis of your problem, please check the following:
1. Make sure that the charger is properly connected to the toy.
2. Make sure that the battery is connected under the hood or the seat.
3. Make sure that the Ride On Car is switched on.
